Looking for a low calorie pizza? Try this vegetable pizza inspired by the new Eat Fast and Live program. With it's aim to spend two days a week only eating 600 calories (500 for women), this pizza at 358 calories is a great choice.

This tasty pizza uses steamed vegetables and whole wheat wraps to keep you under the limit but it's filling at the same time.

The vegetables used in this recipe are light and easily steamed. Vegetables such as mushrooms, red pepper, zucchini, red onions, eggplant and spinach are all okay.

Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5
Makes: 1 pizza per person.

1 8-inch whole wheat tortilla (144 cal)
1 tbsp tomato paste (5 cal)
2oz fresh Mozzarella cheese (159 cal)
6oz chopped vegetables (see above)

Preheat the oven/ toaster oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees fan-forced).

Chop up the vegetables and place in a covered dish with a bit of water. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Spread the tomato paste over the tortilla.
Scatter your vegetables and Mozzarella cheese over the top of your pizza. Sprinkle with herbs if you want to.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Once cheese is melted remove and enjoy.
