Amla's berries are underrated at best, and their juice is fantastic for your insides, but mostly for your hair. There are thousands of products on the market boasting the benefits of amla oil, but drinking the juice is a quicker way of taking advantage of the juice within the precious amla fruit.
Ingredients A bunch of mint leaves
2 celery sticks
A handful of spinach
Half a cucumber
6 amla berries
Get the ingredients out so they're already to hand, and you don't have to keep popping back to the fridge to make the juice.
Wash all ingredients and process through the juicer
Bottoms up! Drink this hair-helping, skin boosting juice immediately - and if you drink it regularly see how your hair becomes that little bit softer. Try it.
Amla also keeps for weeks, so if it's still firm after about 2 weeks and you're wondering whether or not it will soften don't worry this is normal. Also they are better to juice when firm because they yield more juice than ripened ones.
