Baked Bananas

These are freaking yummy. Arguably one of the best and healthy breakfasts/snacks you'll have. And when it's the British weather fails (99 %) of the time, you'll come back to this, it's so delicious. Here it is:

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Makes: 2 servings/1 hungry person

Ingredients
Item 2 ripe bananas
Item natural/Greek yogurt
Item pumpkin and sunflower seeds/walnuts and almonds

Method
Put your oven on for 180 degrees and pop the bananas in on the middle shelf and leave to bake for 8 minutes.

Pour half a tub of natural/Greek yogurt in a bowl and top with a handful of seeds/ nuts

Remove the bananas and slice in half. Enjoy with the side of yogurt and your seed/nut mix! Delicious

You can make this yummy snack vegan if you swap the dairy for soy yogurt. You can also try this with roasted crushed nuts, drizzled with coconut oil and topped with a dusting of cinnamon.
