The caramelized pear and chestnuts are just so tantalizing delicious. Bosc pears are perfect for baking and roasted chestnuts with honey and vinegar are very tasty.
Chestnut is a low-GI & low-fat but high fibre & gluten free nutritious food. Pears are a well known healthy food. All these with a simple dressing make a healthy and tasty light recipe, it is one of my family favourites.
