Ingredients 1 Punnet of Blueberries (125grams)
1 Medium-Large Banana
100g Natural Yogurt
1 Cup of Orange Juice (full or concentrate is fine)
1 tbsp of Vanilla Soy Protein (any) or 2 tbsp of Sustagen Vanilla
The blueberries are now coming in
Now for the vanilla protein of your choice
Peel banana, chop in half and then place in the blender.
Pour blueberries into the blender.
Scoop out half a 200g tub of yogurt, and then place in the blender.
Pour orange juice into the blender.
Place the vanilla powder (whichever one you wish to use) into the blender.
Ensuring that the blender lid is on and blender is turned on at the mains, blend for 60 seconds on medium-high range. There is no need to worry about the ice.
