Banana Chocolate Smoothie with Oreo Wafers

This is a no-bake and light sweet treat that can be done within 10 minutes. It's great to serve kids.



Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 4 mini cups servings

Ingredients
1 long banana
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
half cup thicken light cream/vanilla yogurt
20g drinking chocolate powder
some Oreo wafer fingers, roughly crushed
some tiny mints to serve

Method

Chop banana into thin slices, add in 1 tsp fresh lemon juice to mix, divide between two bowls.



In a mixing bowl, pour in half cup light cream or vanilla yogurt (as per your preference), 20g drinking chocolate powder and 1 bowl of banana slices.



Blend mixture into thick smoothie.



Spoon smoothie into dessert cups.

Divide another bowl of banana slices between dessert cups. Freeze for 10 minutes to make it firmer if desired.



Sprinkle with some crushed Oreo wafers.



Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
