Ingredients 1 Ripe Banana (use a frozen one for a thicker smoothie)
2 Medjool Dates
2 tsp Chia Seeds
Dash of cinnamon
200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
Remove the seeds from the dates and chop up.
Throw into your blender with the milk, chia seeds, banana and cinnamon.
Blend on high until smooth.
Poor into a glass and serve with cinnamon sprinkled on top and a spoon to scoop up any remaining date chunks.
This smoothie is my favourite breakfast smoothie. You can substitute the milk and seeds for any brand and flavour you prefer. I find the dates make this shake sweet enough but for an even more indulgent drink add some honey.
