Ingredients 2 ripe bananas
2 ripe mangoes
1 large handful of organic spinach
350mls coconut water
300mls cold water
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional)
Blend the spinach with the water until there are no chunks.
Add the fruit, cinnamon, coconut water and coconut sugar.
Pour into a large class or jar and top with the hemp seeds. Enjoy.
NOTES: The best way to remove mangoes from their skin is by using a glass. Simple slice the two cheeks off the mango and with the flesh facing the glass push down. The cheek will easily slide out and fall into you blender, glass etc.
I like to serve my smoothies in mason jars as they hold a litre!
Keep fruit for smoothies in the fridge or add a few ice cubes so it's nice and cool.
