Ingredients 1 cup oats
2 cups milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup condensed milk
In a saucepan, add in the oats, milk, water and condensed milk. Bring to the boil then lower the heat to simmer. Cook for 10 minutes and stir occasionally, making sure it doesn't burn on the bottom of the pan.
In the meantime, crack the 2 eggs in a bowl and whisked. Peeled the banana and slice into thin pieces.
When the porridge is thick and creamy, it is ready.
Pour in the whisked egg in a circular motion. Give it a stir to combine.
Spoon to a bowl and topped with banana slices. Serve immediately.
