Banana Oat Smoothie

Banana Oat smoothie is a delicious way to start the day and it is a nice replacement if you are skipping your evening meal.

Preparation Time:5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1-2 servings

Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana

1/2 cup Oats

1/4 cup Malted Milk Powder (Yogurt or Whole Milk can be instead

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

pinch salt

1 cup Cold Water
1 cup Ice
1/4 cup Cinnamon Sugar (1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp honey

Method
Prepare glass.
Rim glass with honey as shown

Place rimmed glass in honey to coat with cinnamon sugar. St aside.

Place all other ingredients in blender.

Pulse till smooth. Add additional liquid if it is too thick.

Pour into glass and serve.
