Okay so banana peanut butter cups are amazing! You will need a food processor to make it but it doesnít take long at all. This is a raw vegan clean eating inspired recipe so you donít feel bad after you eat it.
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes to an hour
Note: You will need a food processor
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup almonds
3/4 cup of pitted dates
add water if needed
a food processor
3/4 cup of macro organic peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 Tablespoon of Rice Malt Syrup
a dash of vanilla
shredded coconut (as much as you prefer until itís a nice texture)
Make the base. Place all the ingredients into the food processor and then add water to get a nice sticky consistency.
Flatten your base into a cupcake tray.
Clean your food processor and put all the filling ingredients in it and mix until its a nice filling and fill your cups.
Place them in the freezer for about an hour and theyíre done.
