Banana & Raspberry Breakfast 'Pizza'

This skinny 'pizza' is a delicious treat that you can have everyday. With all natural ingredients and only 309 cal a pop they are the perfect go to hot breakfast on a winters day.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 small wholemeal pita pocket
1 small banana
10 raspberries
2 tsp honey
2 tsp black tahini
1 tbsp natural yogurt
Sprinkle of cinnamon



Method
Lay the pita out flat and cover with sliced banana and raspberries.



Place the pita in a 180 oven for 5-7 mins

When you take it out of the oven the raspberries should be hot and gooey, give them a squish and you have jam!



Cover the hot fruit with drops of black tahini and honey.



Finally dollop on the yogurt.



Dust with cinnamon and cut into 4 slices.
