Banana Tahini Almond Smoothie
Tasty banana, tahini and almond smoothie


Quick, easy and tasty, this smoothie is full of flavour, protein and nutrients. Make and serve with breakfast, as a snack or freeze for later. It is also lactose and gluten free. Enjoy!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients
2 large frozen ripe bananas (or 2 fresh ripe bananas and 1/2 cup ice)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Blend the banana and almond milk until smooth.
Add the tahini to the banana and almond milk and blend to combine.
Add the honey and cinnamon, blend to combine.


Serve.
