Banana-Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Put down the cardboard cornflakes! Step away from the sugar encrusted donuts! For a filling, on-the-go breakfast try this yummy breakfast smoothie. Zero prep time and easily eaten in the car, it makes for a chilled (literally) morning.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
6 icecubes
1/3 cp frozen blueberries
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 tsp honey
2 tblsp natural yohgurt
1/4 cp oats or muesli
1 cp light soy milk or your usual milk


Method
Blitz in a blender or food processor.

Pour and enjoy!
