Basa with Mustard Crust

A simple, light meal that's big on taste.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 3 servings

500g of Basa fillets (approximately 3 fillets)
2 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard
1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt, Pepper, Mixed Herbs (all to taste)
Olive Oil

Note: any other whitefish can replace the basa, if desired

Preheat oven to 200C.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the wholegrain mustard, the sweet mustard, and the mayonnaise.
Place a little bit of olive oil into a baking dish and put the basa fillets into the dish. Coat the fillets with the mustard/mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
Bake for about 30 minutes until fish is cooked through.
Serve with rice and vegetables.

Still trying to find Basa here in the USA, but so far, no luck. Maybe the fresh fish market in South Philly, where they have everything! Can't wait to try this!
On the hunt for Basa today----lol looks awesome and sounds simple.

I would love to try this out for dinner one night! Looks and sounds delicious.
