Ingredients for the basic dip recipe
Blend together canned beetroot, garlic and plain yogurt.
Tip: Canned beetroot is easier to blend and quick.
Use garlic in very little quantity as the taste can get over-powering and spoil the fun. Try Greek yogurt for a creamier dip.
Add salt and pepper as per taste. You can use additional seasonings as per choice, but I would recommend to keep it simple.
