Ingredients 1 medium sized bottle gourd
2 cup milk
2 tsp ghee
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup dry fruits like raisins, cashew nuts, almonds
1 tsp rose Water
Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a deep frying pan and add the dry fruits to it. Stir it till it turns golden brown in color.
Grate the bottle gourd and transfer them to the pan. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
Now add the milk, sugar and cinnamon powder to the above mixture and stir it at regular intervals till the mixture gets thick in texture. At this point, you may add rose water to get a refreshing flavor.
Transfer the dessert on the serving plate and it is now ready to be served hot.
