Breakfast Ice Lollies

A lolly pop for breakfast may not sound like the most nutritious meal to the day, but here is a recipe that fits just the bill for a hot summer's morning.

Preparation Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Cooking Time: n/a
Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients
100g frozen strawberries
100g frozen gooseberries
300ml almond milk
6 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 tbsp poppy seeds
35g Porridge oats

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.

Pur mixture into ice lolly moulds.

Put in the freezer over night.

Voila, breakfast is served.
