Looking for a new way to make your weekday cereal more healthy and appealing? Try this tomorrow for a quick brekky revitalization.

Yummy on cereal or alone


This is perfect for providing fresh fruit and variety to your weekday morning because when you're in a rush, you don't always have time to prepare delicious healthy meals.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1/2 an apple
2 tablespoons Yoghurt (we used Ski Divine Caramelised Pear)
1 tablespoon bircher museli

Method
Cut the apple into tiny cubes. First in half

Then into strips

Then into cubes

Place apple in a bowl, then add yoghurt and museli and mix together.

Eat on it's own or add to your favourite breakfast cereal as a tasty topping.
