This recipe uses a special technique (which I'm sure I just invented, but maybe not) of adding a little bit of cheese to the chicken right at the end of cooking to brown and add a wonderful cheesy flavour to the chicken without using a great deal of cheese. Doing this I didn't need to top with cheese afterward as the cheesy flavour went through the pasta too.
