Brie Parcels

A gooey delight of bread and cheese.

Preparation Time: 1 hour 35 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients
Homemade Brioche Dough
1 egg
240g brie

Method

Make the brioche dough following this recipe

Knead the dough for ten minutes and then prove for about an hour.
Pre heat the oven to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/375༠F/5 Gas.

Divide the dough into twelve balls and then roll each one out.

Chop the brie into equal (20g) pieces and place a piece in the centre of each rolled out dough.

Fold over the dough to wrap it up.

Beat the egg with a fork and brush it over the bread to glaze

Bake for fifteen minutes in the oven.
