These are as yummy as they are cute - and as healthy! The crust holds together really well, so you (hopefully) won't miss the real deal when eating this pizza. I've listed the toppings we used, but there are so many other ingredients you could try - sundried tomatoes, baby octopus, feta, smoked salmon, rocket, etc. I haven't listed the quantities of the topping ingredients as it will depend on how much of each you want to use.
I baked my pizzettes in batches so it took over an hour all up, but if you have a large oven and multiple trays you will save a lot of time!
