Ingredients 2 hot dog wholemeal rolls
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, cut into rings
2 Vienna frankfurts
½ tbsp brown sugar
½ tbsp white wine vinegar
¾ tbsp tomato chutney or similar
About 25 g baby rocket
70 - 100 g brie, thinly sliced
Heat the oil in a frypan and fry the onions for about 10 minutes.
Add the sugar and vinegar and cook for another minute or so.
Add the Viennas and cook another minute.
Cut the rolls in half lengthways (do not cut all the way through) and spread each side with some of the chutney.
Divide the brie, Vienna among the rolls.
Add onion mixture and the rocket evenly among the rolls. Season if required.
