As | said recipe contents looks nutritious. However not appetizing to look out. May be that's why only a few have ticked it to try. The peas need to be added at the last minute to still be green. If frozen peas are put in boiling water and stand for 10 minutes they will be ready if not then drain and put more hot water in. Fresh parsley on stalks decorating the top would give it colour.
I will try this as its cheap and looks to be tasty.
I tend to go for a no fuss approach and ease of preparation over how it actually looks. I consider that more important, and I don't like adding unnecessary ingredients just to make it look pretty. I take your point on board though, as the picture is what people first see when they decide to click. The lighting in my kitchen is very bad though, so getting a good picture is very difficult no matter what I do to it.
