Cauliflower Pizza Base

Everyone loves a good pizza, but unfortunately they aren't always the healthiest option.

Here you can indulge in a 100% guilt free pizza and enjoy a serve of extra veggies all at once!

The cauliflower base is thin, crispy, and pairs well with almost any flavours or toppings.You could double the base if you wanted a thicker crust.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cauliflower, trimmed and chopped

Method
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place the cauliflower in a food processor, and blitz until finely chopped. Transfer to a microwave dish and microwave for 3 minutes on high until tender.

On a lined round pizza tray, spread and press down the cauliflower to make a firm, consistent base.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Top with desired pizza toppings and return to oven for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold as desired, with no guilt whatsoever!
