Cheese and Broccoli Pastry Balls

These tasty pastry balls are great for a snack or a party.



Finished Pastry Balls


Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 -15 minutes
Makes:12 servings

Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry
1 head of broccoli
1 cup grated cheese
1 clove garlic

Method
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper.
Cut the pastry into squares (6 on each sheet)
Chop up the head of broccoli and finely chop the garlic.
Place broccoli, cheese and garlic in a bowl and mix well.

Place a spoonful of mixture into the middle of each pastry square. Bring sides together and shape into a ball.

Bake for approx 12- 15 mins or until golden brown.
