Ingredients 200 grams Gluten Free Tea Biscuits / 1 packed Marie Biscuits (Not Gluten Free)
6 x 52 gram Cherry Ripe Bars - Can use alternative bars if you wish
2 Tbs Cocoa
1 tin / 3/4 tin Condensed Milk
Dessicated Coconut for rolling.
Place Biscuits, Cherry Ripes and Cocoa in a food processor.
Blend until crumbled, chunks are even better!
Place mixture in a bowl and add condensed milk and mix. (Food Gluten free version, 3/4 of a tin was used).
When the condensed milk is all mixed through and no dry ingredients can be seen they are ready for rolling.
With clean hands, roll mixture into balls one or two at once.
Put balls into a bowl of coconut and roll until covered.
Repeat rolling balls and putting in coconut until mixture is gone.
NOTE Hands will get sticky and will need to be washed a couple of times.
Amount of balls varies with number of people around eating them while you make them!
