Ingredients 180g butter
1/3 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
Pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line some baking trays.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until pale and creamy.
Add the condensed milk and beat through to combine.
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Fold in to combine until a smooth chocolatey dough forms.
Roll the cookie dough into small balls of 1-2 teaspoons worth of dough. Use you hands to slightly flatten each cookie.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked when tested with a skewer. The easiest way to test these cookies it to bring one out of the oven and break it in half to see if the middle is cooked. If the centre is still slightly soft, they're ready.
