Ingredients 2 chicken breast fillet diced into cubes.
1 brown onion cut as cubes
1 capsicum cut as cubes
9 garlic pods minced
1 inch ginger minced
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp corn flour
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp Ajinomotto (Optional)
2-3 sprigs of spring onion chopped

Coat the diced boneless chicken cubes in turmeric powder and then wash away with water. The reason it is cleaned with turmeric powder is because, turmeric is antiseptic and a great way to kill the bacteria.

Add cornflour, ginger and garlic paste, salt and pepper to the chicken. Cornflour makes the chicken pieces crispy when deep fried.

Allow the chicken to marinate for about 1 hour. For quick marination, leave it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Deep fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown. Be sure to keep the flame low, otherwise the outer chicken would turn brown and remain uncooked in the centre.

In a seperate deep pan, saute cubed onions, diced ginger and garlic well.
Add capsicums and saute well.

Add the deep fried chicken pieces and sauces and give it a good toss so as to coat all the chicken pieces in the sauce.

Add chopped spring onion and mix well.
Finally garnish with coriander and serve with bread or fried rice or plain rice.
Variation: For a variation, add 1-2 teaspoons of cornflour mixed in water and add with the sauces. This is to give a more gravy like consistency.
