There are so many ways to vary the humble sandwich. I love multi grain breads, chicken and coriander so some days I combine these items with a few additional ingredients to make a nourishing and tasty sandwich for my lunch.
There are many possible variations depending on personal preferences and the items you have on hand. Any type of sliced bread or a fresh roll can be used. Other types of cooked meat could be used. A little coleslaw can be used instead of the carrot, as long as the coleslaw doesnt have too much dressing on it. Chopped chilli adds a spicy hit.
