Chilli & Garlic Wings with Veggie Chips

Chicken wings are a finger licking meal that is both easy and affordable.

Preparation Time: 120 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
12 chicken wings
1 cup of sweet chilli sauce
1 tbs crushed garlic
pepper and salt
4 large potatoes
4 large carrots
1 parsnip
Oil

Method
In a bowl mix the sweet chilli sauce, garlic and pepper and salt together.
Add the wings and coat thoroughly.
Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Peel the potatoes, carrots and parsnip.
Cut into thick chips.
Grease a baking tray and evenly spread the veggie chips. Lay out the chicken wings, coating them with any left over marinade.
Bake for 40 mins or until the chicken wing skin is crisp and crunchy and the veggies gold brown.
Serve and enjoy.
