Choc Nut Balls

A healthy treat packed with nutrients and a delicious chocolate taste.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: about 8 balls

Ingredients
3/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp dried coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp water

Method
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it is all mashed up.
Roll into balls of about 3cm and eat straight away or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
