Choccy Breakfast Bowl

This unbelievably yum breakfast bowl will give you the ultimate nutritional boost for a energy filled productive day.

Preparation & Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 serving


Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/4-1/3 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
3-4 ice cubes
3tbs cocoa (or cacao) powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
dash of cinnamon
1tsp natvia "du chocolat" mix
1/2tsp vanilla extract

Method
Place all ingredients in blender/food processor. I like to put the frozen ingredients in last so they are closest to the blade so they get blitzed more easily.


Process until all combined and a nice soft ice-creamy like texture.
Serve in a bowl with some muesli/berries/nut butter as toppers, or take to work in a drink bottle for a quick on the go breakky or snack.
