Ingredients 125g butter
395 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
200g milk chocolate melts
5 sponge fingers, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup cashews, roughly chopped
Place butter, sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar in a pan.
Stir over low heat until butter has melted.
Bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer stirring for a further 3 minutes.
Add the chocolate melts and stir until combined.
Add sponger fingers, almonds and cashews and then mix well.
Spoon the mixture into a foil lined 12cm x 23cm loaf pan.
