Ingredients 275g dark cooking chocolate
2-4 cups of Kellogg's cornflakes
Firstly, break the chocolate in small pieces.
Divide the butter in some smaller pieces too, that way it will melt faster.
Put the butter and the chocolate into a pan until it is a melted, flowing chocolate-butter mixture.
When all the chocolate and butter pieces are entirely melted, add the cornflakes. Some people like more (or less) cornflakes. Depending on your preference try out if you want only 2 cups first, and then you might go for the full 4 cups if that is desirable.
Mix it until all cornflakes are covered in chocolate. If it is too liquid to put in the cupcake forms you can put the pan in the sink (filled with cold water) so that the mixture cools down and it will slightly harden.
When the mixture is more 'sticky', use two spoons to divide it into the cupcake forms.
Pop it in the fridge for some hours and serve these delightful babies to your guests!
...or keep them hidden all to yourself! Enjoy!
If you want them to look even a little nicer you can chop some of the chocolate into fine chocolate flakes and spread them on top.
