Cinnamon & Spiced Jamaican Chicken

The flavours in this dish remind me of my Jamaican grandma and the sweet white sweet potato takes me back to being a child, having dinner at my grandparents' house. Create your own memories with this delicious dish.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

4 skinless chicken thighs
Fresh spinach
1 white sweet potato
Tsp turmeric powder
Tsp cumin powder
Tsp ground cinnamon
Tsp ground black pepper
Tsp ground paprika
Handful of fresh thyme
1 lemon juice, halved
Tblsp plain Philadelphia

Required ingredients

Rub the seasoning into the chicken thighs and place in a baking tray. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Five minutes before the chicken is ready sautee the spinach in a frying pan with the cream, lemon juice and black pepper.

Remove the potato from the oven, split in half and plate up the rest of the food on two dishes.
