Clean Eating Nachoes

The perfect recipe for a those who love Mexican without the extra calories.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 Mountain Rye Wrap
of an avocado
200g diced tomato
50g mixed capsicum

Method
Cook mince in a frying pan without oil.
Lightly toast the wrap in a grill or oven.
Mix capsicum into the tomato.
Scoop out avocado.
Break up the wrap so it can be used to dip.
Serve all together and use the wrap as chips to dip in tomato, avocado, mince and capsicum.
