Clean Eating Pizza

The perfect recipe for people who just cant live without Friday night pizza.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients

50g red and green capsicum
20g extra light ricotta cheese
4 small mushrooms
4 tbsp canned diced tomatoes
1 x 95g can Woolworths light chicken
1 mountain rye wrap

Method
Cut up all the ingredients except the wrap.
Lightly toast the base in the oven on 200 degrees until crispy.
Put the tomatoes onto the base.
Add the rest of the ingredients and then put the cheese on top.
Put it back in the oven until the cheese is a little bit melted.
