Afternoon Tea (233)      Cake (222)      Cinnamon (45)      Coffee Flavoured Cake (1)      Crunchy Topping (1)
This is a delicious cake, great for afternoon tea served with a cup of coffee. If you do not like the flavour of coffee, substitute 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence for the coffee essence and leave out the cinnamon. Any basic cake mixture can be substituted and if you wish you can add cup sultanas to a plain vanilla cake mixture. Have fun trying out your own variation on this recipe.
