Cool 'B-O-Y' (Banana, Orange and Yogurt) Smoothie

Simple, but effective. I made this when the sun was out for my nephews. They loved it and called it the 'boys' smoothie. Incidentally it's an acronym for the ingredients.



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 2/3 servings

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 oranges
3 tblsp of natural yogurt
2 ice cubes
A handful of pumpkin seeds

Method
Peel the oranges.



Add the ice to the blender/jar.



Layer the rest of the ingredients (excluding the seeds).



Add the final topping of yogurt.



Blitz with either a hand held blender, in a magic bullet, or a normal blender.



Top with the pumpkin seeds (I told my nephews they were seeds that give you magical powers), for extra health benefits.



Yummy, healthy, sweet summer 'b-o-y' smoothie.
