Ingredients
3 cups milk
1 cup polenta
50g butter
50g grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
In a saucepan, combine milk with 3 cups of water. Bring to the boil under a medium high heat.
Slowly pour in the polenta while whisking constantly.
Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir with a wooden spoon for 1 minute.
Add in the butter, grated parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
