Crispy Fried Brussels Sprouts

This simple vegetarian side dish is so delicious. The crispiness and the buttery flavour of the sprouts makes this dish a winner and is sure to convert those haters in your family



Preparation Time: 2 mins
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
1 packet of brussels sprouts
30 grams butter
2 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper

Method
Cut all brussels sprouts in half.

On medium heat melt butter in non stick pan with olive oil.

Add the sprouts and cook for 5 minutes or until brown and cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper.
