Crispy Skin Salmon with Broccoli & Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

There's no secret to creating crispy skin salmon! Make this at home using this simple recipe! Get ready for a restaurant quality meal that you can create at home for your family and loved ones~

Crispy Skin Salmon with Broccoli & Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

2 Salmon fillets
1 Can of baby carrots
1 Broccoli
Ground Black Pepper

Prepare salmon fillets (scale, wash, dry with paper towel) - make sure you completely dry the salmon fish, otherwise you won't get the crispy skin!
Sprinkle salt on the salmon skin. Set aside
Cook broccoli in boiling salt water, drain and set aside (this can be done at the same time as when you cook the salmon, so it doesn't go cold)
Heat oil in pan, place the salmon fillet into the pan (skin facing downwards). Begin with high heat and then turn heat down to medium.
Flip the salmon fillet over when you can see it has been half cooked.
Once ready, remove from pan and place on plate.
Using the same pan, put in the baby carrots and gently stirfry.
Once heated, drizzle hony over baby carrots and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Mix and plate up.
Plate up your salmon fillet with broccoli and the honey glazed baby carrots.
