Crockpot Candied Kielbasa

This is an easy, delicious and unique recipe. The ingredients blend well and satisfy hunger. Good for parties and as an appetizer or even as a light meal.



Candied Kielbasa


Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Makes: 3 servings

Ingredients
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cup horseradish
1 cup brown sugar
1 kg Polish sausage
Toothpicks (optional)

Method
Cut Polish sausage (kielbasa) into coin size pieces. Place in crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Cook on HIGH for an hour or until boiling.
Then, cook on LOW for 45 minutes.
Serve. (with toothpicks, optional)
