Crockpot Parmesan Potato Wedges

This recipe is a rather healthy alternative to fried potato wedges. Nice as a side dish, too!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 hours
Makes: 3 - 4 servings

Ingredients
0.9072 kg red potato cut into wedges
1 cup diced onion
3 tbsp oregano
3 tbsp salt
3 tbsp pepper
1 stick butter in pieces
Parmesan cheese for garnish

Method
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Dice onions.
Place in crockpot.
Sprinkle on spices.
Top with butter.
Cover.
Cook on HIGH 4 hours.



platter wedges


Spread on platter or pyrex.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Serve.
