Crockpot Potato Pepperoni Pizza

For all you carb lovers out there! A dish of a little potato, a little pepperoni, gooey cheese and the aroma of a warm baked pizza!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 hours
Serves: 6

Ingredients
9 cups Shredded Loose-Pack Frozen Potatoes
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
3/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 99.225g Packages Pepperoni
1 1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Cup Tomato Sauce

Method
Spray crockpot with olive-oil cooking spray.
Add potatoes, onion and mushrooms and stir.
Add in the mozzarella, cheddar, and pepperoni, stir.
Add in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning and cover.
Cook on LOW 5 hours.
Serve!
