Ingredients 2 cups of self raising flour
1.5 cups of brown sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 large mango's chopped up finely or chunky (if preferred)
1 tin of mango syrup
2.5 cups of dairy free peanut butter
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Soften the peanut butter by microwaving for 30-50.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, there isn't any particular order in which to do this, just add them in however you want.
Grease and flour muffin tins.
Put into muffin tins.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown on top and a skewer comes out clean when they are pierced all the way to the bottom.
