Easy (2874)      Bread (238)      Garlic (42)      Left Overs (9)
I am a big believer in waste not want not. This recipe is a simple and delicious way to use up a left over loaf. It is a welcome addition to any meal or a yummy pull apart snack on its own.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 4-6 servings

Ingredients
Whole or partial cob loaf
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tabs garlic, crushed
50g butter
Sprinkle or oregano

Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Make 2 cuts down your loaf and fill with the ingredients.
Spread the tomato paste and garlic on the inside.
Cut your butter into slices and put those into the bread.
Sprinkle with oregano and bake on a greased tray.
Cook for 20 minutes or until butter is melted and bread is crusty.

This recipe can be altered by adding cheese and bacon.
