Deep-South Finger-Lickin' Chicken Winglets

A delicious finger-licking oven baked chicken winglets that is full of flavour and easy to make. Perfect for a party or snack.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients
1kg chicken winglets
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp american mustard

For Dipping Sauce
1 tbsp american mustard
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar

Method
Preheat oven to 200C.

Combine sauces, sugar and mustard in large bowl. Add chicken; toss chicken to coat all over. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.



Make dipping sauce. Combine ingredients in small bowl; cook, covered, in microwave on high for 1 minute.

Place chicken, in single layer; an oiled wire rack set inside large shallow baking dish; brush remaining marinade over chicken. Roast, uncovered, in hot oven about 30 minutes or until chicken is well browned and cooked through.



Serve chicken wings with dipping sauce.
