Ingredients
2 cucumbers
1 lemon
1 cup water
1/2 bunch of kale
1/4 cup mint leaves
1 tsp ginger (Fresh ginger may be replaced with ginger powder for convenience)
Method
First, wash and peel all vegetables, including mint leaves and ginger.
Secondly, chop cucumbers, kale, ginger and mint leaves into small proportions and add to blender.
Then, juice lemon and add to blender with cup of water.
Blend all ingredients together for a few minutes until pulpy.
Once all ingredients are blended, empty blender jar into a fine sifter and using a spoon, mash the pulp until all juices are strained out into the drinking glass.
Serve chilled for a refreshed, zesty taste.
